Medicare-Medicaid Plan by IlliniCare Health

The Medicare-Medicaid (MMAI) Plan is a joint effort between the Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) and the Centers for Medicare and Illinois Medicaid Services (CMS). This plan provides benefits to enrollees of both programs. IlliniCare Health is contracted with both Medicare and Illinois Medicaid to provide these benefits. The goal of this program is to improve the experience in accessing care and improve quality. Enrollment in IlliniCare Health depends on contract renewal.

This plan is available to Seniors and Persons with Disabilities who are enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B, and receive full Illinois Medicaid benefits.
